These terms apply to all bookings made with Bright Nest Cleaning Co. through this website, by phone or by WhatsApp.

1. Bookings

A booking request is confirmed once our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to agree the service, date, time and price. Prices shown on the website are starting prices; the final price is confirmed before the service begins.

2. Payment

Online payment is not required when you book. Payment is made after the service by the method agreed at confirmation (for example cash or card).

3. Rescheduling and cancellation

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the booked time. Later changes or no-access at the scheduled time may incur a call-out charge.

4. Access, safety and valuables

Please ensure safe access to the property and let us know about pets, fragile items or special instructions. We recommend securing cash, jewellery and other valuables before the visit.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, tell us within 24 hours and we will send a team back to fix the issue at no extra cost.

6. Liability

We take every care while working in your home. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service so we can investigate.
